Online Design Appointment

We are now offering online design appointments across all of our showrooms. Our dedicated team of kitchen design experts are on hand to offer advice and discuss your upcoming kitchen project.

Work together with one of our design experts using our online appointment booking service. Simply choose a date and time slot that suits you and choose your very own dedicated designer to help advise on your project. Once you book an appointment we will call you to find out more about your kitchen renovation plans.

Step 1:  Explore kitchen styles and start thinking about what you may like your kitchen to look like.

It can be difficult to design your own kitchen. Kitchen planning usually starts with sketching, creating rough drawings or hunting the internet for some ideas.

At this stage, it’s great to explore your options and start thinking about your dream kitchen.

You can have a look at our kitchen ranges to see what styles you may prefer.  We offer a range of traditional, contemporary and modern classic styles. So, whether you have a super modern and chic look in mind or more of a traditional and timeless feel, we will work with you to find the perfect kitchen to suit your style and budget.

We’d recommend taking a note of the styles you like and anything you wish to include in your kitchen design at this point, to discuss on your call with your kitchen designer. Don’t worry though, if you’re not sure just yet, our designers will be on hand to offer the advice and ideas you need, just fill in our appointment booking form and let’s start your kitchen renovation journey.

Step 2:  Book an appointment with one of our designers.

Book your online design appointment.

Choose your closest showroom and your own dedicated designer. You will have an option of dates and timeslots to choose from, so choose what works best with you. We have a form asking about kitchen styles you may be interested in and project timescales.

Once you booked your appointment time, you’ll receive a confirmation email and the designer on your project will follow up with a call.

Step 3: Measure Your Kitchen

In preparation for our call, the more you can tell us about your kitchen space the better. We recommend taking pictures of your current kitchen and some basic measurements if possible. You can send us these in an email to discuss on the call.

This information will help us work out the layout of your current kitchen and get a better understanding of the space you have to work with.

Don’t worry though, if you’re not sure just yet, our experts will be on hand with all the information and ideas you need, just fill out the design form when booking your appointment here and let’s get started.

Step 4: Phone appointment to discuss initial kitchen ideas.

Once your appointment has been booked, our designer will call you to discuss your initial plans for your kitchen.

If you have some measurements already in place, your designer will get to work on bringing your kitchen design to life. We can mock-up exactly what your new kitchen will look like using our kitchen modelling system- creating to-scale 3D images of your kitchen design and layout. However, please don’t worry if your measurements aren’t 100% accurate – we’ll arrange for our surveyor to call out to your kitchen and double-check your estimates when it’s safe to do so again.

Step 5: Get a free kitchen design.

Once we have all your information, your designer will get to work creating your kitchen design.  You will receive stunning 3D images of your new kitchen design and an initial quote summary.

Step 6: Our designers will work with you to perfect your design

The first design is just the start, work with your kitchen designer to make any changes until you are 100% happy with the final designs.

Step 7: Finalising the design

Our showrooms are now open by appointment only. You can book a 1-2-1 appointment to finalise your designs with the peace of mind of knowing that you will have the showroom exclusively to yourself. We have strict social distancing measures in place across all showrooms and have launched a Health and Hygiene Assurance Program to ensure we maintain the highest standards of hygiene at this time.
