Our process
Our kitchen cabinets and units
All kitchen cabinetry is manufactured to our customer’s specifications and prebuilt with legs so they can be fitted efficiently. All cabinetry and special units undergo a building test and sign off before they are sent to our distribution centres.
After all cabinets and doors are manufactured and fully built, they are quality checked, wrapped and sent to our distribution centres for dispatch.

- Delivered fully assembled*
- Hettich Sensys Soft Close Door Hinges.
- Cabinets are manufactured using only Egger 18mm MFC board.
- Units are constructed using a cam and dowel system.
- Solid 18mm back panels on all units.
*a small number of units will need to be delivered flat-packed due to manufacturing process or size of unit.

Linea kitchen doors
We manufacture the grained doors exclusively for our Linea range in our UK manufacturing plant. This allows us to offer made to measure doors, offering tailored and fully customisable solutions to our customers kitchens.
Working with leading suppliers
Manufacturing process
Our process begins with cutting our raw materials, they are then edged, bored, built, cleaned, and wrapped for distribution.
Sustainable sourced MFC 18mm depth and sized 2800mm x 2070mm full panels are delivered.
Raw boards are cut using our Homag and Felder CNC router machines
Edge banders are used to edge the raw fronts of the MFC using PUR glue and AdvantEdge hot air systems to achieve a zero-joint effect when bonding and edging.
We have components that need side drilling in the boring process for the cam and dowels before building can proceed.
Cabinets are hand built and metal work components are added (hinges and drawers) at our dedicated cabinet building station.
Each cabinet goes through rigorous quality checks at every stage of the process and at each manufacturing station. One final and thorough inspection and sign off takes place at the end.
Our wrapping and packaging team securely wrap our fully built cabinets and bespoke components.

Our raw materials are sustainably sourced from Egger, who source wood from PEFC and FSC accredited forests. All boards are 100% recyclable and carbon negative.
Environmentally friendly PUR glue is used in our edging and bonding process.
