The Kitchen Depot, Hertfordshire: BBQ Weekend Giveaway

BBQ WEEKEND GIVEAWAY

The following rules (“specific rules”) and general competition terms and conditions apply to the ‘BBQ Weekend Giveaway’ competition, which will run from 6pm on 19th May 2023 to 6pm on 4th June 2023. Anyone who enters the competition (the “entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these rules along with the terms and conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the competition:

1. To enter the competition the entrant must: Entrants will have the opportunity to enter the competition by liking this Instagram/Facebook post, sharing this Instagram/Facebook post to their story for 24 hours, and tagging 1 x friend in the comments section of this post.

2. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries in the comments section of this post. They will be contacted via. instant messenger on Facebook or Instagram.

3. If we cannot contact the winner after 3 attempts, we will pick another winner at random from the list.

4. The competition is running on The Kitchen Depot Hertfordshire Facebook and Instagram pages only and there will only be one winner per prize. There are 3 prizes in total which will be given to 3 of the entrants chosen at random.

Eligibility:

5. Entrants must be 18 or over.

6. Entry is restricted to UK residents only and to be eligible to enter the entrant be willing to collect the prize from our ‘Hemel Hempstead’ showroom (collection postcode: AL3 8HG)

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person. Additional duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

8. The winner will be notified at the earliest convenience by instant messenger within 7 days of the entry being taken. This contact time may be altered or changed at The Kitchen Depot’s discretion.

9. The prizes in this giveaway cannot be substituted nor used for re-sell.

10. Prize must be claimed and collected within 6 months of the competition winner being chosen or the prize will be forfeited.

11. The winner will be chosen at random using random.org.

12. The prize is non-transferable. No substitutions on the prize and no alternative will be offered.

Publicity & Post-Competition Marketing:

The winner may be required to take part in post- competition promotion and publicity on The Kitchen Depot’s website (www.thekitchendepot.co.uk) and social channels (www.facebook.com/TKDHertfordshire, www.facebook.com/TheKitchenDepot, www.instagram.com/thekitchendepotherts/, https://www.instagram.com/thekitchendepot/, https://twitter.com/thekitchendepot) as well as regional media outlets.

By entering this competition, you agree that TheKitchen Depot may use your name, hometown, photo and any video of your contribution for advertising and promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation unless prohibited by law.
