You can find the humble beginnings of The Kitchen Depot lie with Grace. Husband and wife Jim and Grace McCay opened their first showroom doors in Telford in 2003 with family kitchens at the forefront of their shared vision. Her commitment to excellence and personal touch set The Kitchen Depot apart, ensuring that every kitchen was not just functional but a true reflection of the families who used them. Our family owned, with family values ethos began with Grace and continues to this day.

Diane Jaconelli
Our Operations Director, Diane, has been an integral part of The Kitchen Depot team since 2010. Starting out in Glasgow showroom as a 16 year old, she demonstrated a deep understanding of both the operational and customer-facing aspects of the business. Diane steadily rose through the ranks, taking on increasing levels of responsibility as she proved herself to be an invaluable asset. Her journey within the company is a testament to her hard work and dedication, and her leadership continues to shape our success.

Siún Jordan
Siún joined The Kitchen Depot back in 2019, heading up our first in-house Marketing team. Under her leadership, The Kitchen Depot’s marketing efforts have flourished, ensuring that our message resonates with customers and reflects the core values of quality, craftsmanship, and family. As the head of our marketing team, her passion and expertise continue to support the department execute industry leading campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Phil Andrews
A member of the McCay family, Phil has been a part of The Kitchen Depot’s journey in Glasgow since the beginning. She has been involved with a wide range of projects, from hands-on support in manufacturing, to greeting and helping customers within the showroom. Thanks to her direct contribution, the business has soared to the level it has today.
